The Apprentice is a reality TV show that was created by the British television producer Mark Burnett. The show involves assessing the business skills of a group of contestants, with one contestant getting eliminated in each episode. Elimination in the show is termed as ‘You’re fired!’ Donald Trump hosted the first fourteen seasons of the show. Noel Casler remarks that Trump enjoyed firing people in the show.
Who is Noel Casler?
Noel Casler is a stand-up comedian and former Celebrity Apprentice staffer. Casler worked on Celebrity Apprentice for six years, with the last three years working directly with Ivanka Trump. Casler boldly uses his stand-up platform and social media influence to speak on the hidden truth behind the real Donald Trump. The show depicts Trump as an alpha male, but according to Casler, the trump character on the reality TV show is fictional. He doesn’t like Trump because of his racist tendencies, fake public portrayal, his nature concerning drug use, sexual demeanor and intelligence, and his strange relationship with Ivanka.

Why Casler doesn’t like Trump?
His Racist Tendencies
Firstly, audio records from the show portray Trump as racist from his tendencies to utter racist remarks regularly. His racist propensity augments depending on the setup. According to Casler, Trump would use racist terms more often around people from a particular minority group. He openly showcased his hatred for Puerto Ricans as backed by his policies after Hurricane Maria.
He Lies About His Health
Furthermore, Trump describes himself as an ambassador of physical health, which is a complete lie. His body has deteriorated over time, and most of his bodily functions are subject to drug addiction and eating habits. Trump is a regular abuser of stimulants, and his diet consists of fast food but hides all that. His health choices have resulted in his incontinence and the necessity of adult diapers as a part of his everyday routine.
Incontinence
His incontinence earned him the nickname ‘the shitshow’ among the crew members. The nickname comes from his rage, illiteracy, and tendency to soil himself during tape sessions. He lacks humility, yet he is a needy person due to his bodily failures and illiteracy caused by dyslexia. Casler affirms that he could barely read a three-syllable word, yet he cussed out everyone else most of the time.
Noel Casler Thinks Trump is a Conman
Also, Casler doesn’t like Trump because he believes that he is a conman. He portrays himself as intelligent, yet he is dumb and opportunistic. He blames his blunders on dementia when his slow brain activity could easily be from too much drug use. Given his dyslexic condition, drugs have only worsened his situation, but he blames dementia and continues to sell his fictional public image as a friendly, intelligent person.
Drug Use
Trump’s drug use is also alarming because he has grown dependent on drugs. He uses Adderall to stay focused and often regulates it with benzodiazepines, cocaine, and methamphetamine. Plenty of anecdotes of his drug use are out there. The drug use paints a questionable character which is related to his pathetic sexual demeanor.

Inappropriate Sexual Demeanor
Apart from his drug abuse tendencies, Trump’s character is questionable given his sexual demeanor at work. He is involved in unprotected sexual activities, which earned him the nickname ‘Captain Valtrex’ because of his herpes. He engages in unprotected sex which includes sexually assaulting and raping women. According to Casler, he often sent his secretaries to pick up prescriptions for herpes treatment documented under a John Doe, John Barron.
Trump is a narcissistic sexual predator who basks on the idea of being the center of attention in any room he walks into. From the Celebrity Apprentice show, he boldly said to people, ‘You’re fired!’ on their faces, which is the kind of influence he likes to have on people. When Trump is in a room, he only cares about being in charge, music, drugs, and grabbing women.
His Odd Bond with His Daughter
Lastly, Casler is concerned about Trump’s strange bond with his daughter, Ivanka. He does not like Trump because he fears that Trump would accord Ivanka some unnecessary power. Ivanka would use her voice to pull strings with her daddy, which jeopardizes the entire country in the hands of the daughter and wealthy Russians. Casler believes that Ivanka and Jake are seeking power and should not be allowed anywhere near that, but Trump’s vulnerability to Ivanka could lead to the country’s loss.
As you can see, Noel Casler does not like Donald Trump for many reasons. Casler thinks the public image of Trump is a fictional character, and his character is worse. He believes Trump is a narcissist, racist, illiterate, drug-addicted conman, all while he pretends to be intelligent and a model of physical health. According to Casler, Trump also exudes a questionable sexual demeanor, drug use and can easily be swayed by his power-hungry daughter, Ivanka, which puts the country in danger. He believes that Trump’s drug use has caused his incontinence, while his sexual conduct has been described as disrespectful towards women besides his ailment from herpes, a sexually transmitted infection.
