Who is Lou Sulola Samuel?
Lou Sulola Samuel is the youngest daughter of supermodel and actress Heidi Klum and Henry Olusegun Adeola Samuel, famously known as Seal. Lou was born on 9th October 2009in Los Angeles, California. She has three siblings, one sister and two brothers.
Her half-sister Hellen Boshoven Samuel was born in 2004, while her brothers Johan and Henry were born in 2005 and 2006. Lou is the youngest child of her father and mother.
Lou’s name is of German origin, and it translates to “Famed warrior”, while her name Sulola was given to her in recognition of her father’s Nigerian descent.
Heidi Klum
Lou Sulola Samuel’s mother, Hedi Klum, is an American supermodel, producer, television host and businesswoman. She is the first German model ever to join the highly acclaimed Victoria Secret Angels. She started modelling back in 1992 when a friend of hers convinced her to enter a modelling competition dubbed “Model 92” in which she came out the winner.

Her win kickstarted her career, and she would appear on the Gottschalk Late Night Show alongside Thomas Gottschalk. Her modelling career has gained her features in prominent magazines such as InStyle, Marie Claire, Elle, Glamour and Harper’s Bazaar. She is mostly recognized for her cover features on the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue while working as an ‘Angel’ with Victoria Secrets. She has also hosted the Vitoria Secret Fashion shows for several years.

Heidi is among the World’s Top-earning models and has achieved significant milestones in her career.
Seal
Lou’s father, Seal, is famous for being a British Singer and songwriter. Seal has solved more than 20 million records online, and his hit songs have enjoyed the number one spot in the UK for quite some time.
His achievements include winning the Best British Male Award in 1992, four Grammy Awards and an MTV video music award. He has also received an Ivor Novello Award for his songwriting skills and was recognized by the British Academy of Songwriters for his lyrical ingenuity. He has also worked as a voice coach for The Voice Australia.
Parents Relationship
Lou Sulola Samuel’s parents Seal and Heidi began dating in 2004, right after Heidi had broken up with her first husband. In December, they got engaged in the same year on a glacier in British Columbia, and the two got married on 10th May 2005 in Mexico. The couple renewed their wedding vows each year on their wedding day.
Seal adopted Heidi’s first daughter Leni, and together they have three other children, Lou, Henry and Johan. The couple, however, divorced after seven years of marriage.

How they raise Lou Sulola Samuel
Heidi and Seal are co-parenting all their children, including Lou. Heidi, who moved on and got remarried to Tom Kaulitz, has revealed that co-parenting their children has not been all rosy. She reveals it can be challenging, and it requires a lot of teamwork to make it work.
From what the two parents have revealed to the media, it hasn’t been very easy for them to co-parent, but Hedi has revealed they are trying to make it all work. Seal has to sign off on trips to allow Heidi to take the kids out of state, and recently, Heidi moved to court to ask the court to let her take the kids on a trip to Germany, something Seal was against due to the Covid 19 pandemic.
The ex-couple plan to work on their schedules to allow each parent to get ample time with the kids. Lou Sulola Samuel may not get to experience living with both her parents, but she sure gets to enjoy the best of both worlds.
