Brooklyn has such a vast amount of wonderful diners. I mean, most of them are open 24 hours a day, so you can easily get food morning, noon, and night. Not to mention that you can get pretty much anything you want in a diner. It’s no wonder that there are so many killer places!

Tom’s Restaurant 

Even if you’ve never heard of Tom’s Restaurant in Brooklyn, you’ve probably seen it before! This restaurant was used for the exterior shot of Jerry and the gang’s go-to spot on the hit show Seinfeld! Although it’s called Monks Cafe on the show, Tom’s exterior was used as a stand-in for the restaurant. 

Naturally, if you’re a fan of the show you’re going to want to check it out. Not to mention, the food is phenomenal and there is a vast range of dishes to choose from!

Mike’s Diner of Brooklyn

This next one of the diners in Brooklyn is considered a pretty solid one. According to its online reviews, Mike’s Diner of Brooklyn never fails to get the job done. Located in Bensonhurst, Mike’s Diner is your traditional Greek diner and restaurant.

As with most diners, Mike’s offers a variety of breakfast standards such as egg dishes and pancakes. And of course, their menu features a go-to diner milkshake and delicious cherry Cokes! It’s the perfect place to go for your classic diner experience.

Anapoli

Located in Bay Ridge lies an American classic diner. Anapoli, on Third Avenue, is the place to go if you’re looking to live your diner experience to the fullest! Don’t even get me started on the interior. With its candy and soda bar, it really feels like you’re in a time capsule!

Their menu features all of the usual diner specialties, like wraps, burgers, and fries. Not to mention, their amazing soda-fountain desserts which are a must-have when eating here!

One of the coolest things about this next one is that it’s one of the only vegan diners in Brooklyn! Although veganism is on the rise, it’s still pretty hard to find traditional good diner food that caters to that specific diet. However, Champs Diner does it right!

It’s really no secret why this restaurant as such a high rating on both Yelp and TripAdvisor. It features an all-day breakfast and an all-vegan menu. Their menu features items such as vegetarian chicken and seitan Philly cheesesteak. We recommend you definitely try out this spot if you can!

Junior’s Restaurant

You’ve haven’t tried all of the best New York foods if you’ve never tried New York-style cheesecake. And Junior’s Restaraunt is one of the best diners in Brooklyn to go try it. They just seem to get it right!

Although the restaurant has opened multiple locations, nothing quite feels the same as the original. It gives you the true authentic feel of what diners were like back in the ’50s when it was originally built!
