And even though bookstores are closed, major retailers, like Barnes & Noble, are still doing deliveries. Plus there is always the option of getting an ebook or an audiobook. So go read as much as you can.
Write a Book
Why read something when you can write something? It does not even have to be a book, it can be a play or an opera. Writing is an amazing form of creative expression that can help you cope with being stuck inside. Let your imagination run wild, and finally create that story you’ve always had in the back of your head.
Home Renovation
We all have home projects that we say we will work on when we have time, but then never do. Now there are no excuses. Go retile your kitchen, or paint the fence, or build Ikea furniture. Your home projects don’t even have to be big ones. You can alphabetize your book shelf or color code you closet. Whatever changes you always wanted to do, do them. It will make you feel a million times better in your home now and in the future.

While letter writing isn’t the most practical way to stay in touch with people, because we have the internet, it is a fun one. You can express for longer complex ideas than you normally would over text. It is a great way to have deep conversations with friends and loved ones.

Although being stuck inside seems like the worst time to go on dating apps, it is actually one of the best. It is much easier to know that people are actually there for your personality if they can’t immediately have sex with you.
