His NFL career started as an intern for the Washington Football Team in 2016. As told to sportingnews.com,

“Personally, I’ve been on previous teams where after practice you have 30 guys in the cold tub, or you’ve got 20 guys in the cold tub,” Swearinger said, according toThe Washington Times. “I didn’t feel that vibe from this team. Whether they do it here or elsewhere. I didn’t think guys took care of themselves.”

But now he has left the Washington Team. He is now with the Raiders since 2018.

Recently, he was in the news. He is going to remain with the Raiders Staff. His father John had resigned long back with the team. No wonders had to resign due to his involvement in the racism controversy. As per the Raider’s official website.

“His responsibilities also include assisting the athletic training staff. In transitioning players from injury back into participation. Also managing performance data for the team’s strength and conditioning staff”.

As for now, Deuce will stick with the Raiders staff. Despite the family controversy, the family is proud of Deuce’s achievements. He is only focused on his career right now.
