McSorley’s
This is the oldest Irish bar in NewYork City- so, of course, we had to put it on the list. There is nothing trendy or posh about this little tavern. But, if you love history, then it’s definitely a place to sit down for a pint or two.
Pianos
Pianos, located on the lower east side had to make it onto our list or bars in New York City because it’s so damn popular. Locals and tourists alike love to dance the night away Fridays and Saturdays here. Yes, it can get a little sweaty and crowded, but the drinks are cheap and the music is hot, so you’ll be sure to have a good time!
Camp
Camp is a super fun bar for anyone that enjoys the pleasures of the wilderness. It’s located just over the bridge in Brooklyn, but it’s defintely worth the trek from the mainland. Enjoy the cabin-like interior and be sure to order a round of smores for your table!
