We all have our favorite go-to cafe hangout spot. Whether you’re there for the coffee, a quick bite, or simply just to hangout, there are several traits that a coffee shop has to posses in order to make it a good one! New York cafes do a great job of offering so many different things to keep customers coming back!
1) Kinfolk 90
I decided to start off this list with one of my personal favorites. Located in Williamsburg in Brooklyn, Kinfolk 90 is the epitome of a trendy NY cafe! The walls are covered in unique art and it’s actually a converted garage meaning the whole front is open and exposed.
Kinfolk 90 is a cafe by day and an occasional nightclub at night! During the day, they offer an amazing selection of coffee and different baked goods and other snacks! Take your stuff to go or take a seat inside the gorgeously decorated cafe!
Address: 90 Wythe Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11249

This next New York cafe has the best vibes! The Bean really reminds me of a coffee shop that would be on a sitcom TV show! It has two locations located in downtown NYC, located close by each other!
The Bean is your typical friendly neighborhood coffee shop. They serve a variety of sandwiches and other small eats (vegan options included) as well as deliciously fresh roasted coffees and teas! It will easily become a new favorite if you decide to try it out!
