Oxytocin is often referred to as the “love drug”, and for damn good reason. This neurotransmitter, in our brain, makes us feel happy! This, “love drug” intensifies orgasms (amen!) and also plays a major role in relationship bonding, so adding it to your daily routine will get you and your bae closer in more ways than one.

This one is pretty obvious, but if you and your loved one are into to a little wild morning sex instead of the slow cuddly kind, you could potentially skip your morning gym routine.
Sex can burn major calories and depending on how long you go (or how long he can last), you could count it as your cardio for the day. Hell, if you plan it right with your partner, you could even do intervals, switching up the pace at which you perform and in turn making your heart beat faster and then slower, burning more calories.
