Darth Vader’s young self in Obi-Wan Kenobi
Obi-Wan Kenobi is a Star Wars prequel that picks up 10 years after Revenge of the Sith. This new film follows Obi-Wan Kenobi as he deals with the corruption of Darth Vader and his downfall as Anakin Skywalker. It’s possible that Obi-Wan will come face to face with Darth Vader in this film. In fact, Kathleen Kennedy has called it “the rematch of the century.”
In Obi-Wan Kenobi, Darth Vader plays a younger version of himself. The character is still a Force-sensitive child, but he has already developed a hatred of Obi-Wan. His anger, however, prevents him from making good tactical decisions. His rage leads him to chase Obi-Wan’s lone ship, which includes the last Force-sensitive individuals in the galaxy. Ultimately, he ends up facing Obi-Wan alone.
