Grab some of your best friends, rent a Zipcar and head upstate for a weekend spent grabbing some of the ripest apples, attending cider tastings, and picking pumpkins. You can check out a wellness resort, book a cheap Airbnb, or pack up the tent and bug spray for a refreshing night of camping under the stars.
