It is not always black and white, especially when feelings, emotions, thoughts, and opinions are involved. It is never that simple. But it is never invalid, either. Whatever you are feeling is fine or will be fine sometime in the future. Do not forget, you are not “too weird”, “too confident”, “too sensitive,” or too much of anything. You are complete and wholesome, just the way you are supposed to be!
