The most prominent Glee alum, Lea Michele, who played the show’s indominable Rachel Berry, has announced her engagement to Zandy Reich. After dating for a little over a year, Reich popped the question with an absolutely stunning 4-carat diamond ring, which has an additional halo of diamonds surrounding the gem and diamonds encrusted on the band.

1. They started off as friends
The pair were friends for a long time before their relationship turned romantic. They made their relationship public during the summer of 2017.
2. He’s a college grad
Reich graduated in 2006 with a Finance degree from the prestigious Wharton School of Business at the Ivy Leauge University of Pennsylvania. For 2017, Forbes listed the business school in first place; it had previously been ranked at second place in 2001 and 2005, and seventh place in 2015.
3. He knows women’s fashion
Reich is the president of a clothing company called AYR, an abbreviation for All Year Round, which specalizes in quality essential women’s clothing pieces for any season. The company was founded in 2014 and has its main studios based in New York City, while their denim products are manufactured in Los Angeles.
4. Most importantly, Lea is happy
Last November, Michele told People that Reich keeps her grounded and makes her happy.
“When I’m not working, I’m at home with my cat, with my family, with my boyfriend, with the people that I love — and that’s how I reset, and that’s how I center myself,” Michele said. “I’m very happy and I think that you can tell. I don’t really talk a lot about my personal life, but I’m also the kind of person where I always say, ‘You will see how happy I am just by looking at my face.’ I can’t hide it.”
