JW Marriott Las Vegas Blvd
Originally known as Fontainebleau Las Vegas, the hotel has had a long history of abandonment. Construction began more than a decade ago. The project was envisioned as a sister property to the Fontainebleau Miami Beach. However, construction was stalled due to a number of issues.
In 2010, Carl Icahn purchased the property for $150 million. However, the building sat empty for seven years, until Steve Witkoff purchased it in 2017. Initially known as The Drew, the hotel-casino tower was intended to be a Las Vegas version of the Fountainebleu Miami.
However, in early 2018, plans for the project were reshuffled. Instead of the original plans, the building was to become the JW Marriott. It will feature a casino, 500,000 square feet of convention space, and 3,700 rooms. It will also feature multiple nightlife experiences.

SpringHill Suites
