One of the newest fashion runways in recent times is, without a doubt, the airport. I mean, there isn’t even a question to be raised about this. Many celebrities have been slaying their airport fashion game in recent days, and everyone is inspired to do the same, to put their best foot forward when it comes to styling themselves and walking that airport runway. And being able to do so at a price that is affordable just makes the whole thing even better now, doesn’t it? So, here are a few chic yet affordable looks for you to ace that perfect airport look.

Blazer and Joggers:

Airport fashion is more about comfort than it is about looks, but we need to look good regardless, right? So, joggers and a blazer are a fashionable look to wear in airports. The comfort of joggers is something we’re all well aware of. The chicness of the look is added by the blazer, giving it a dressy-casual kind of appearance. This look has been popular for quite some time, and at least one in every five people who are fashion-forward but prefer to keep it simple will be seen wearing it at the airport.

Baggy shirts and trousers:

Another addition to the list is baggy shirts and trousers. The absolute comfort that is brought by these two items of clothing paired together is unmatchable. The best part is that they look so good together that you can’t help but want to wear them and look like the coolest person at the airport while still being super comfortable. If you ask me, this is a great outfit idea. My personal choice? A blue-striped shirt with beige-colored trousers for the coolness they bring to the fit.

Jumpsuits:

An affordable and less tedious outfit to think of is a jumpsuit. Why? Because of two reasons. The first one is the fact that there is just one piece of clothing, so you often end up saving money when compared to purchasing more items of clothing to make it fit. The second reason is that you don’t need to worry much about styling a jumpsuit since it is already a complete fit on its own, so there’s no hassle in terms of deciding what to pair it with. Just put one on, and you’re set to go.

Washed denim jeans and twill jackets:

“Oh, so chic” is the expression that first comes out of our mouths when seeing a twill weave jacket. Made popular mainly by Chanel, the twill weave jacket is such a sophisticated piece of clothing that one doesn’t need anything else to make the outfit look more appealing, such as accessories or embellishments. Styling a jacket with a pair of jeans is undoubtedly one of the best looks you can pull off at the airport while remaining fashionable.

Paper bag jeans and oversized hoodies:

In the era of oversized clothing, what could be better than pairing your paper bag jeans with oversized hoodies and just living the coziest experience ever while still being up to the trend? Oversized hoodies that are also graphically printed look too cool to not be noticed. You’d definitely choose a snuggly outfit that also makes you look toned, right? Had I been in your place, I wouldn’t have wasted a second and gone straight to picking this outfit.

Cotton dresses with sneakers:

Do you know how one can look all girly and bubbly in those cotton fabric dresses that usually have floral prints? Yeah, you’re right, buddy! What you’re thinking of is exactly what I’m talking about. Those super adorable dresses that we often used to wear ballet flats with also look good when paired up with white sneakers. And with sneakers, the comfort is obviously a lot greater. Cotton dresses with shoes that make you super comfortable—what else could you ask for in an outfit for the airport?

So, these were some of my picks that I would recommend you guys try putting on and flaunting your cool, comfy, and chic fashion sense to everybody around. What could be better than wearing an outfit that is all about comfort yet makes you look presentable enough for casual lunches, dinners, or meet-ups without having to change what you’re already wearing and show up just the way you look because the jet lag during the flight can already be tiring enough to not want to go and get ready for some casual meet-ups? Henceforth, here’s hoping that this article was helpful for you and that you would consider some of the outfits the next time you go to an airport and slay your fashion game.
