At the age of 37, Rose Bundy is living a low-profile life. When she was three years, her parents got divorced and when she was six, her father died. Ted Bundy was executed on January 24, 1989. However, after the divorce, Boone took her son and Rosa and left for Washington. Since then they never spoke with Ted Bundy. According to Fact, Rose is allegedly using a pseudonym, ‘Abigail Griffin’ to overcome her father’s shadow.
According to author Ann Rule, who wrote The Stranger Beside Me, Rose is living away from the spotlight but doing well: “I have heard that Ted’s daughter is a kind and intelligent young woman, but I have no idea where she and her mother may live. They have been through enough pain.” She further added that she had deliberately avoided knowing anything about Rose and his mother because they deserve peace and privacy. All she knows is that Rose Bundy has grown up to be a fine young woman.
